What Is Somatic Therapy?

Somatic Therapy is a client-led, body-based healing process that allows stored emotions, sensations, and trauma to surface naturally, without forcing the process.


This approach combines nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and parts work to help you safely explore, process, and integrate what your body is holding.

Rather than only working with thoughts and beliefs, this method guides you into your body to reconnect with your emotions, heal inner wounds, and move beyond survival mode.

What Does a Session Look Like?

Somatic Therapy is an intuitive, flexible, and deeply attuned process where each session follows what your body and nervous system are ready to process.

Depending on what arises, a session may include:

✔ Nervous System Regulation → Grounding techniques to bring safety and balance.
✔ Somatic Inquiry → Exploring bodily sensations that hold stored trauma.
✔ Parts Work → Identifying and integrating inner wounded parts.

✔ Emotional Processing → Allowing emotions to move and be expressed safely.
✔ Attachment Repair → Rebuilding self-trust and emotional safety.
✔ Breathwork & Body-Based Techniques → Releasing stored tension and trauma.

✔ Subconscious Rewiring → Identifying and clearing limiting beliefs or negative patterns stored in the subconscious that may be contributing to emotional or physical blocks.
