MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM

This is a comprehensive and innovative program that covers all aspects of mental health.

Get past mental health blocks such as; excessive negative thoughts, depression, anxiety, and post traumatic stress with our natural, effective and innovative program, 


We work with you in getting to the underlying root cause of mental health concerns you currently have. Once we find and release the cause we can see a reduction in symptoms along with the need for destructive coping mechanisms or 'band-aid' short term relief.

INCLUSIONS


  • 1 x 2 hour 1:1 initial session
  • 7x 90 Minute 1:1 sessions
  • Messaging support between sessions
  • Integration & nervous system tools (as needed)
  • Personalised belief testing + emotion mapping
  • Journal prompts or practices to deepen between sessions


Mental Health Program runs for 8 weeks and costs 2,100 GBP  (all services included)

HOW IT WORKS

The structure and therapy in the program is conducted over face to face video call. 


We use somatic therapy and a regression based therapy to explore the beliefs, events, and stored emotions that shaped your current patterns, and allow the body to process them in a safe, structured way.

Please note that this therapy is quite intensive but it does achieve amazing results, we get told all the time it's like 10 years worth of therapy in 10 weeks.

What will happen?

1. Once you click purchase on the link above, you will receive a confirmation email, receipt for your payment and a link to join our secure client portal.


2.  You will be sent  a welcome email and an intake form.


3. I will contact you to confirm when you would like your weekly sessions. They are usually the same day and time every week over the 8 weeks. You should have at least a week in-between sessions as the therapy is quite intensive and the week allows it to settle down and click through.


4. Then you receive an email and calendar link with the confirmed days of your program, you'll get reminders and the link to click to easily start your secure video call from your computer or mobile. 


5. From your secure login page, you can receive our recommendations, resources and have access to messaging support.
