I offer 1:1 healing support for Muslimah founders and high-capacity women who are ready to explore the root cause of their stress, emotional reactivity, or persistent disconnection.

This isn’t talk therapy.
It’s not mindset coaching.
And it’s definitely not about pushing through.

This is about listening to the body.
Processing what your nervous system has been carrying.
And gently rewiring the unconscious patterns that keep you in a loop of tension, guilt, or over-responsibility, even when life looks “fine.”

What Is Root-Cause Therapy?

Root-Cause Therapy is a somatic and subconscious healing method that helps you gently access and release the emotional imprints stored deep in the body , the ones that talking, journaling, or mindset work often can’t reach.


Rather than just managing symptoms, we explore the origin of your survival-mode patterns:

  • People-pleasing
  • Perfectionism
  • Rage or shutdown
  • Guilt around rest
  • Emotional reactivity or numbness
  • Unexplainable fatigue or symptoms

These aren’t personality flaws, they’re the body’s way of protecting you.


Through Root-Cause Therapy, we safely connect with the unconscious mind and nervous system to:

  • Process unhealed emotional events
  • Rewire the beliefs those experiences created
  • Restore safety, clarity, and capacity in the body

You remain fully conscious and in control the whole time.
There’s no forcing, reliving, or “fixing.” Just deep listening , and finally, release.
